Instead of trying to manage it through willpower or positive thinking, I work with the nervous system to reduce the pressure at its source.

Phobias are very common however they aren’t a sign of weakness.

They’re a fast emotional response stored in the nervous system.

By working at the unconscious level, we allow the fear response to settle, making it possible to approach situations calmly and confidently rather than through effort or avoidance.
